The Technical Experts on Major-accident and Seveso Inspections (TEMSI) group, which is a subgroup of the Seveso Expert Group (SEG).
The TEMSI group was created to oversee the Commission's technical work on issues related to inspections (Articles 5 and 20 of the Seveso III Directive). Its aim is to deliver technical advice to the European Commission on Seveso inspections, and to provide a platform for expert exchange at EU level between Member States and relevant Commission services on good practices and performance indicators for inspections.
Nominated Member State representatives from the National Authorities responsible for Seveso Inspections, members of the European Commission DG ENV B2 Seveso Team, Seveso Experts and industry representatives will be in attendance.
