Strategically located adjacent to Dublin Castle, where the majority of Presidency meetings will be convened, the media centre provides a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment conducive to journalistic work. It has been fully renovated and transformed into a modern facility in order to meet the needs of the Irish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

The media centre offers over 50 fully equipped workstations, with the capacity to expand where required. It is complemented by Wi-Fi and LAN internet access, a PA system, and multifunction printer/copiers. A dedicated technical support team will be available on site to provide assistance.
Complimentary snacks, refreshments, and hot beverages will be provided on days where ministerial meetings are taking place.
The opening hours of the media centre will be detailed in the information note issued to the media attending high-level meetings or events.
Temporary Media Centres
For a limited number of high-level meetings held across Ireland, as indicated in the meetings calendar, temporary media centres will be established. These facilities will operate exclusively for the duration of the relevant meetings. Operational information on these media centres will be detailed in the information note issued to the media attending high-level meetings or events.
Pools and interviews
The media centre staff will organise media pools and coordinate requests for interviews. Further information regarding pool registration may be obtained at the Information Desk.
