The Informal Meeting of the Standing Committee on Operational Cooperation on Internal Security (COSI) facilitates an informal exchange of views between Senior Officials and experts from each EU Member State on key topics in the area of EU internal security.
COSI consists of high-level officials from the Ministries of Interior and/or Justice across EU Member States, as well as Commission and European External Action Service (EEAS) representatives. The agenda covers key topics in the area of EU Internal security.
