The CEA (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Conference 2026 is a full-day event comprising a series of discussions on key aspects of company law.
The conference forms part of the Corporate Enforcement Authority’s (CEA) activities in discharging its statutory mandate of encouraging compliance with the Companies Act 2014.
The conference will bring together a diverse range of speakers from across the political system, public administration, academia, business, and the legal and accountancy professions.
As Ireland’s company law enforcement agency, the CEA is responsible for:
encouraging compliance with company law,
investigating suspected breaches of company law,
taking appropriate enforcement action in response to non-compliance with company law, and
exercising a supervisory role over the activities of liquidators and receivers.
