The Irish Central Statistics Office will host a high-level meeting of the Directors General of the European Statistical System (ESS) titled “A golden moment - Simplification and the European Statistical System”.
The meeting intends to discuss simplification at a strategic level - how can the ESS become even more efficient, effective and relevant? What is our level of ambition and how can we effect meaningful change?
The meeting aims to describe and develop where we can simplify the ESS Work Programme while continuing to meet the essential needs of users.
