The High Level Conference on Anti-Racism will discuss progressing the implementation of the new EU Anti-Racism Strategy, emphasising cooperation, collaboration, multi-level governance and comprehensive anti-racism policies.
The High Level Conference on Anti-Racism brings various officials and stakeholders together to discuss progressing the implementation of the new EU Anti-Racism Strategy in member states. Ireland’s National Action Plan Against Racism (NAPAR) to date is considered favourable in EU, particularly the approach taken by Ireland in having a Special Rapporteur for Racism and Racial Equality and an independent Advisory Group to monitor the NAPAR implementation. The event aims to connect multiple stakeholders and various policy fields with dedicated sessions and panel discussions on key issues.
