The Meeting of the Agents before the Court of Justice of the EU, organised regularly by each Presidency, gathers legal representatives of all Member States to enhance co-operation and share information.
The meeting brings together legal representatives from the Member States to discuss matters of common interest concerning litigation before the EU Courts. Along with the Member States, representatives from the legal services of the EU Institutions and the Courts will join the meeting at various stages. The meeting will include presentations from Judges of the CJEU and General Court.
