The Heads of SPOC Meeting is a forum to share experience and best practice regarding the exchange of information in support of the Information Exchange Directive.
Following the implementation of the EU Directive 2023/977 on regulating the international exchange of information within the EU, meetings of the Heads of SPOC are held on a regular basis. This meeting as part of the Irish EU Presidency will be operational in nature and focus on the exchange of information in criminal and law enforcement matters across Member States and wider Europe.
