EMCO is the advisory committee to the Employment and Social Affairs Ministers in the EPSCO Council, helping to coordinate EU-wide employment and labour-market policies.
This is a 1.5-day informal meeting of the EU Employment Committee (EMCO). The Committee is made up of two delegates per Member State plus two representatives from the European Commission. Representatives from the EMCO Secretariat and the General Secretariat of the Council of the EU will also be in attendance.
This meeting will enable deeper policy exchange and strengthen collaboration, helping to shape and advance EU-wide policy and working priorities in the area of employment.
