The European Chemicals Agency Management Board (ECHA) has four full meetings per year, twice face to face. Other meetings (subgroup) of the Management Board are held online.
The ECHA Management Board is responsible for adopting the financial planning, work programme, and annual reporting of the European Chemicals Agency. It has a supervisory role with general responsibility for budgetary and planning matters; the appointment of the Executive Director, the members and the Chair of the Board of Appeal, and the reporting of ECHA's activities to EU institutions.
