The National Cyber Security Conference will act as the centre piece of EU Presidency ‘Cyber Week’, bringing together cyber senior security officials and practitioners to discuss contemporary issues in the field of cyber security.
The NIS CG has as an overall mission to achieve a high common level of security for network and information systems in the European Union. It supports and facilitates the strategic cooperation and the exchange of information among EU Member States and helps develop trust and confidence.
The key goals of the NIS CG are to facilitate the implementation and consistent application of the NIS2 Directive, to ensure preparedness against cybersecurity threats, to ensure European level cooperation for cyber security, and to reflect on future policy initiatives in cyber security.
