This conference is strategically aligned with EU-OSHA’s 2026-2028 Healthy Workplaces Campaign "Together for mental health at work". The new campaign aims to raise awareness of psychosocial risks, highlight the importance of effective prevention and management, and support the development of inclusive and supportive work environments across all industry sectors.
The conference will focus on a growing and persistent area of risk for organisations. Psychosocial hazards are now recognised as one of the most complex occupational safety and health (OSH) challenges. While less visible than physical hazards, they can significantly impact workers’ psychological health, organisational performance, and regulatory compliance.
The agenda aligns with priority one of the EU-OSHA Healthy Workplaces campaign priorities - psychosocial risk assessment and management – and will appeal to a broad but clearly defined audience, including:
Employers, managers and supervisors
Workers and safety representatives
HR and people managers
The aim of the EU-OSHA campaign, supported by the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) in Ireland, is to promote prevention first, by encouraging risk assessments and good management practices, as well as to highlight the importance of involving workers.
Drawing on current evidence, the conference will highlight the role of work in shaping psychological health. Delegates will gain practical, evidence-informed approaches to managing psychosocial risks and supporting psychologically healthy workplaces.
