An informal meeting of EU ministers responsible for development will take place on 8 and 9 October in Dublin.
The informal meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council (FAC) in the development format will be hosted by Ireland’s Minister of State for International Development and Diaspora, Neale Richmond TD.
EU Ministers will come together to discuss the unprecedented challenges facing development cooperation and to facilitate strategic dialogue on the importance of the EU’s continued work with partner countries as a reliable and principled partner, building mutually beneficial partnerships.
The formal meeting of the FAC (Development) is scheduled to take place on 1 December, in Brussels.
