This event is a meeting of the EU’s Africa Directors to discuss country-specific, regional, and continental issues related to sub-Saharan Africa.
Africa Directors from every EU Member State will be invited to Ireland to attend this meeting. It is an important part of the Presidency programme as it contributes to strengthening the EU’s coordinated approach in the region. Its informal nature allows officials to build consensus before formal discussions.
